Account Manager (Partner Account Manager)
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Compensation: $110,000 – $135,000 base + Bonus + Stock Options + Health Benefits
About the Role
Veem is seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven Partner Account Manager (PAM) to own and grow relationships with our most valuable partners. This role is central to driving long-term partner success, increasing payment volume, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through consultative engagement.
As a PAM, you will act as a trusted advisor to key partners—guiding them on how to maximize value from Veem’s global payments platform while identifying opportunities to expand adoption across payments, FX, and card solutions.
What You’ll Do
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Own a portfolio of strategic partner accounts as the primary point of contact
- Build deep, trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels, including executives
- Serve as a consultative advisor, aligning Veem solutions to partner business goals
Onboarding & Adoption
- Lead partner onboarding and ensure successful implementation of Veem solutions
- Drive adoption across partner ecosystems and their end customers
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience
Account Growth & Insights
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Provide data-driven insights on international payments, FX trends, and optimization strategies
- Identify opportunities to increase:
- Payment volume
- FX transactions
- Card adoption
- Overall partner engagement
Strategic Planning & Executive Engagement
- Develop and execute joint business plans with partners
- Support co-selling initiatives and embedded payment strategies
- Deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives, demonstrating Veem’s strategic value
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve partner experience
- Advocate for partner needs by providing structured feedback to influence product development
Performance Tracking & Forecasting
- Monitor account performance against growth and retention targets
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting across your portfolio
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Client Engagement
- Background in fintech, payments, or financial services strongly preferred
- Proven success in growing accounts through upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Experience managing large, complex accounts with ownership of revenue or quota targets
Skills & Capabilities
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of:
- B2B payments
- Foreign exchange (FX)
- Financial operations
- Familiarity with card acceptance or payout solutions is a plus
Ways of Working
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities

Preferred Background
- Experience working in high-growth companies (200–500 employees)
- Background in fintech or tech companies (non-bank environments preferred)
