Overview

We are looking for a Program Manager to bring structure, visibility, and predictability to cross-team execution. This role will help teams organize work effectively, surface and manage dependencies, assess resourcing needs, and provide leadership with a clear, calendar-based view of delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple teams, and skilled at balancing timelines, risk, and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Organize team tasks around clear due dates and train teams on consistent task formats

  • Attend program meetings and identify cross-team dependencies requiring escalation

  • Proactively escalate risks and blockers to ensure timely resolution

  • Assess resource capacity and skill gaps across teams to support delivery

  • Build and maintain a centralized, calendar-based view of company deliverables

  • Evaluate timelines and risk levels to ensure delivery aligns with growth requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related role

  • Strong experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery timelines

  • Ability to assess resourcing needs and identify execution risks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
